Heather
Practice Manager

Heather happily changed career paths to help run SRV with her husband Dr. Berman.  She has a sincere love for animals and makes sure all patients at the clinic are content and well cared for.  She also enjoys handling client relations.  
Heather was raised on Cape Cod and has family close by in Duxbury. She met Dr. Berman while attending UVM and she also participated in the CREAM Program.  They welcomed their daughter Rose into this world in January 2019. 
​She obtained her MS in Conservation Biology and Applied Ecology in Maryland and worked for over 14 years implementing conservation efforts to protect rare and endangered species and performed environmental survey work across the country.

Deb
Front Office Manager and Client Care Coordinator

Deb is a California girl at heart who has been living in Marshfield on and off for over 25 years.  She joined our staff in 2016 and welcomes patients one and all with a big smile, plenty of kisses and non-stop 'lovins'.  She is our Front Office Manager and we would be LOST without her.  She works very hard to make sure things are accounted for and attended to in a very busy office.  Deb lived for 10 years on a lovely ranch in California where she learned how to care for animals large and small.  She worked at a healthcare related Diagnostic Imaging Department in Sonora CA.  In her spare time Deb enjoys live music, gardening, going to the beach, spending time with her friends and hangin' with her senior dog 'Lily.  She is pictured with 'Lily' who is the sweetest pitbull mix around.  She is now a one-eyed dog and looks fabulous.  

Lauren
Client Care Coordinator

Lauren joined the SRV staff in August of 2022 but it feels as if she has been with us from the start!  Prior to moving to Massachusetts, Lauren lived in Nevada and worked as a receptionist for several years at a small Veterinary Clinic.  She now delivers quality service to our clients and enjoys all the patients that walk through the door.  She moved here with her older cat Gracie who she rescued in Nevada.     

Linda 
Client Care Coordinator

Linda joined the SRV staff in 2016. Before joining us she worked as a receptionist for a pediatric office and also as a CSR for an insurance company. She resides in Duxbury with her husband and is a busy grandmother enjoying her family who lives nearby.  In her spare time she volunteers at a local animal shelter and enjoys antiquing, auctions and flea markets.  Her favorite time is spent with her dog 'Xander' and their beach walks.  

Chris 
Client Care Specialist

Chris joined SRV in 2021 after 25 years of service as a loan analyst.  She has a passion for animals and has looked forward to 'retirement' within the industry.  She is quickly learning all the nuances of the job and has happily joined our team.  She volunteers for Standish Humane Society in her spare time.  She lives in Pembroke with her husband and 3 cats and enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Charli 'Choo' 
2011 - 2021
Rest in Peace Ms. Charli.  She was our dedicated mascot and Team Supervisor

Charli was a 9.5 year old female French Bulldog and was the SRV mascot and at times the 'staff supervisor'.  We had to say farewell to her in June 2021.  She used to come to work nearly every day to meet and greet all clients and shower us with kisses.  She will be missed by many clients but most of all by us.  You will always remain in our heart little Charli girl.  
Gidget 'Gigi' 
'Gigi' is our newest family member and a wonderful sweet little fawn frenchie, born in September 2021.  She has been learning how to be the SRV mascot and team supervisor yet she is also proving to be a loud and at times obnoxious Frenchie in the office.
