South River Vet is in a small building. Some guidelines have been implemented to help keep clients, their pets and our staff safe. We thank you for your understanding as we try to navigate this new normal in our lives.

South River Vet is in a small building. Some guidelines have been implemented to help keep clients, their pets and our staff safe. We thank you for your understanding as we try to navigate this new normal in our lives.
Current Protocols:
- Upon arrival for an appointment with a pet, please call (781-837-5611) to notify reception that you are there. We will help guide you in depending on the number of clients and pets in the waiting area.
- Curbside service will continue to be provided for those pet owners who wish to remain in their cars.
- We will continue to leave pre-paid orders in our customer pick-up box which is located along our ramp; however, orders can be picked-up at reception during office hours.
- If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms like a fever, cough, shortness of breathe we ask that you reschedule your appointment or have a healthy family member/friend bring your pet to our hospital. We can still speak to you on the phone during the appointment.
